Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months experience in customer interaction roles
  • At least six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks of other employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of two or more employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to build positive relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of store employees during shifts
  • Coach team members in preparing food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
