Joining Starbucks means becoming part of a company committed to your personal and professional development. The role of Shift Supervisor is pivotal in this mission. The employment type is full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling options that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Starbucks ensures competitive compensation tailored to geographic location, with new partners typically hired at the entry point for their role, and offers growth opportunities within the company. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, retirement plans, tuition coverage, and various financial well-being programs.
