Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • comply with store operating policies and standards for quality, safety, and cash handling with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of direct customer interaction experience
  • ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes and customize orders
  • six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • ability to direct others
  • effective oral communication skills
  • strong interpersonal abilities
  • ability to build and maintain relationships
  • ability to work well within a team

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum six months experience in customer-facing role
  • proven ability to lead and coordinate tasks among team members
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • knowledgeable about retail operations and customer service principles
  • quick learner with adaptability to changing priorities

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • ensure quality beverage and food preparation according to Starbucks standards
  • manage store operations including cash handling and safety protocols
  • delegate tasks and coordinate employee workflow effectively
  • provide coaching and feedback to support team development
  • maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • monitor inventory and assist with stock management
