Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shift operations to maintain store standards and customer service quality
- Coach and prepare team members on beverage and food preparation according to recipes
- Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate their activities
- Ensure compliance with store safety, security, and cash handling policies
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and partners
- Manage shift scheduling and breaks to ensure proper coverage
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
