Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Have at least six months experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction
  • Have at least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of two or more employees

  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead shift operations to ensure high-quality customer experiences
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate workflow among employees
  • Maintain store safety and security standards
  • Handle cash accurately following company protocols
  • Prepare beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes and customer specifications
  • Foster a welcoming environment that encourages connection and teamwork
