Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Six months of relevant customer service experience
- Six months of experience in employee task delegation or coordination
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to build relationships
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate store team activities to deliver excellent customer service
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Maintain quality standards for beverages and food products
- Handle cash management and ensure store safety and security
- Delegate tasks and supervise the work of other employees
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers and partners
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies and procedures
