Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety and security
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation following standard and customized recipes
- Experience delegating tasks to and coordinating two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience coordinating or delegating tasks to two or more employees

- Lead store operations during shifts to ensure smooth workflow and quality service
