Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety and security
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation following standard and customized recipes
  • Experience delegating tasks to and coordinating two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience coordinating or delegating tasks to two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances

Job Duties

  • Lead store operations during shifts to ensure smooth workflow and quality service
  • Coach and support team members to uphold company standards
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage preparation according to recipes and customer customization
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members to meet service demands
  • Ensure adherence to safety, security, and cash handling policies
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for partners and customers
  • Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management
