The role of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is a pivotal position responsible for leading with both craft and heart to create a welcoming atmosphere where every customer interaction is special. Job Requirements

  • maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • ability to meet store operating policies and standards including quality product preparation and cash handling
  • capacity to prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized orders
  • at least six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • at least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating a team of employees
