Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety and security
- six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks with two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- experience in customer service roles interacting regularly with customers
- familiarity with retail environment
- effective oral communication skills
- ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team
- quick learner with the ability to direct others
Job Duties
- Lead shifts effectively to ensure smooth store operation
- coach and develop team members on preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
- maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness
- handle cash and transactions accurately
- foster a welcoming environment for customers and team
- delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate team efforts
- resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
