Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise daily store operations
  • coach and prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
  • delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
  • maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
  • support team development and training
  • ensure compliance with store policies and quality standards
