Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and quality standards with or without accommodation
- Prepare and coach customized food and beverage orders
- At least six months of customer interaction experience
- At least six months of experience coordinating tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
- Strong oral communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Lead the team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences
- Manage cash handling and maintain store safety and security
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members
- Monitor compliance with store policies and operational standards
- Foster a welcoming environment for customers and team
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions promptly
