Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating activities of two or more employees
- Ability to work in a retail environment with customer interaction
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months of experience interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment
- At least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to direct and motivate team members
- Knowledge of retail or food service operations
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Quick learner with adaptability to changing situations
Job Duties
- Lead team members during shifts to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to Starbucks standards
- Handle cash management and maintain store safety and security
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
- Coach and support employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and staff
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
