Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- six months experience in a customer-facing role
- ability to delegate and coordinate tasks for others
- ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
Job Qualifications
- minimum six months experience interacting with customers in a service role
- six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of retail environment and operational standards
- ability to direct and coach team members effectively
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
- ability to work well as part of a team
Job Duties
- lead store operations and manage shifts effectively
- prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- delegate tasks and coordinate work among team members
- maintain compliance with store policies including cash handling and safety standards
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- handle administrative duties such as reports and inventory management
