Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months experience in a customer-facing role
  • ability to delegate and coordinate tasks for others
  • ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation

Job Qualifications

  • minimum six months experience interacting with customers in a service role
  • six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • knowledge of retail environment and operational standards
  • ability to direct and coach team members effectively
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • ability to work well as part of a team

Job Duties

  • lead store operations and manage shifts effectively
  • prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
  • delegate tasks and coordinate work among team members
  • maintain compliance with store policies including cash handling and safety standards
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • handle administrative duties such as reports and inventory management
