Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • six months of experience interacting with customers
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks

Job Qualifications

  • six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
  • effective oral communication skills
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • knowledge of retail environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to build relationships
  • ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • lead team members during shifts to maintain store operations
  • ensure quality beverage and food preparation according to standard recipes
  • delegate and coordinate tasks among employees
  • coach and mentor partners to improve performance
  • handle cash and maintain store safety and security
  • interact with customers to fulfill their requests and provide excellent service
  • enforce store policies and standards
