Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- six months of experience interacting with customers
- six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks

- six months of experience delegating or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
- effective oral communication skills

Job Duties
- lead team members during shifts to maintain store operations
- ensure quality beverage and food preparation according to standard recipes
- delegate and coordinate tasks among employees
- coach and mentor partners to improve performance
- handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- interact with customers to fulfill their requests and provide excellent service
- enforce store policies and standards
