These benefits include access to medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid parental leave; paid time off; a 401(k) with company match; and educational opportunities through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan. The company supports employees in balancing their work and life commitments while encouraging continuous development within a supportive and collaborative culture.

Joining Starbucks as a shift supervisor means becoming part of a brand committed to excellence, connection, and community impact. You will have the chance to work with a passionate team devoted to creating a memorable customer experience and fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
