Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- At least six months experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
- Experience coordinating or delegating tasks to two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-working abilities
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Quick learner comfortable with retail environment
- Knowledge of retail operations
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of team members on shift
- Ensure adherence to store policies including cash handling, safety, and quality standards
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Handle customer requests and interactions effectively
