Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Comply with store operating policies and safety standards
- Experience in customer service and task delegation
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
- Ability to direct and coordinate work of team members
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of supervisory or task delegation experience
- Knowledge of retail store environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt

- Effective leadership and motivational skills
Job Duties
- Lead team shifts by delegating tasks and coordinating staff
- Ensure quality preparation of coffee, food, and beverages per established recipes or customer customizations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and uphold store safety and security standards
- Train and coach employees to maintain excellent customer service and operational compliance
- Manage store operations to meet company policies and standards during shifts
- Foster a welcoming environment for customers, enhancing community engagement
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
