Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Six months of customer interaction experience
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of customer service experience
- Six months of experience managing or coordinating employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Lead daily store operations during shifts
- Coach and support baristas and staff
- Ensure quality of beverages and food products
- Manage cash handling and store security
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts
- Foster a welcoming environment for customers and partners
