They delegate tasks effectively, guide partners through challenges, and cultivate a positive workplace culture that motivates and retains talent. This position offers flexible hours that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holiday shifts, catering to the dynamic nature of retail coffeehouse hours.

In addition to on-the-job leadership, Shift Supervisors at Starbucks are supported through continual development opportunities to enhance their craft and operational expertise. Starbucks takes pride in investing in the growth journeys of its partners, encouraging learning and advancement through practical experiences and formal training programs. The role is ideal for individuals seeking a rewarding leadership position in a respected global brand that values heart, authenticity, and community impact.

Compensation for this position is competitive and aligned with geographic location and applicable labor laws, with Starbucks emphasizing fair hiring and promoting equity through its employment practices.
