Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation and cash handling
- Experience with preparing and coaching preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months experience supervising or coordinating tasks of multiple employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
