As a leader on the floor, the Shift Supervisor coaches team members, delegates tasks efficiently, and ensures the store environment remains welcoming and efficient during every shift. Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- at least six months experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction
- at least six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
