The role of a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the coffeehouse during each shift. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be entrusted to lead with both craft and heart, creating an inviting atmosphere that fosters community connection. Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience in customer interaction
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • six months of experience in delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

  • effective oral communication skills

  • knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties
