Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience in customer interaction
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • six months of experience in delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Duties

  • lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
  • maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
  • ensure quality customer service and address customer needs
  • coordinate tasks among employees effectively
  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and partners
