Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality product preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of multiple employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate shift operations to ensure efficient store performance
- Coach and mentor baristas to uphold Starbucks quality and service standards
- Handle cash management and store security procedures with accuracy
- Monitor food and beverage preparation to ensure adherence to recipes and customization requests
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members
