Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality product preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of multiple employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate shift operations to ensure efficient store performance
  • Coach and mentor baristas to uphold Starbucks quality and service standards
  • Handle cash management and store security procedures with accuracy
  • Monitor food and beverage preparation to ensure adherence to recipes and customization requests
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members
  • Manage scheduling and delegate tasks among employees to maintain workflow
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies
