Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standards
- At least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of store employees
- Ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to standard recipes or customized as requested
- Coach and mentor partners to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- Manage store operations and delegate tasks effectively
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet store operating standards and enhance customer experience
