The position of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is designed for individuals who possess strong leadership skills, a passion for coffee and customer service, and a desire to create a positive and productive work atmosphere. Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security
  • Six months of experience in a position involving constant interaction with customers
  • Prepare and coach food and beverages following standard or customized recipes
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among two or more employees

Job Duties
