Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, cash handling and safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to recipes or customer specifications
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
