This role is for a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, someone who is passionate about coffee craftsmanship and committed to fostering a community-focused environment within the coffeehouse. As a Shift Supervisor, you will take a leadership role during your shifts, guiding your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high store standards. Your responsibilities include managing daily operations, coaching partners in the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring safety and security requirements are met, and creating a welcoming environment that brightens every customer’s day. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as you will actively engage with customers and team members to drive performance and morale.

Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety standards, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
