Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of team members during assigned shifts
- coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer preferences
- maintain store operational policies including cash handling, safety, and security
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- ensure quality customer service and respond to customer needs effectively
- coordinate the tasks of team members and delegate responsibilities
- promote teamwork and build strong interpersonal relationships among staff
