The role of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is a pivotal leadership position within the store environment. The shift supervisor leads with both craft and heart to ensure that every cup of coffee and service interaction is delivered with excellence, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for the community. As a shift supervisor, you will manage team members during shifts, coach and prepare food and beverages according to strict quality standards and recipes, and maintain operational policies including cash handling, store safety, and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in fostering teamwork and building strong relationships both within your team and with customers.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
