Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months experience in customer interaction roles
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • At least six months experience in delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months experience in customer service
  • At least six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Quick learner with adaptability

Job Duties

  • Maintain quality coffee and food preparation standards
  • Lead shift operations ensuring store policies and safety standards are met
  • Coach and prepare partners in beverage and food preparation
  • Manage cash handling and store security procedures
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
