Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety, with or without accommodations
- Six months of experience in customer interaction and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or custom recipes
- Six months experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months experience in delegating tasks or coordinating team activities
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Knowledge of retail environments
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and build relationships
Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate team efforts during shifts
- Coach partners in food and beverage preparation according to standards
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of multiple employees
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
