Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality product preparation, cash handling and safety
- six months of customer interaction experience
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks involving two or more employees

- six months of experience in a customer service role
- six months of experience supervising or coordinating other employees
- knowledge of retail operations
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- effective interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- lead daily store operations including opening and closing tasks
- ensure quality of beverages and food products prepared to standard or customized recipes
- delegate tasks and coordinate team members effectively
- manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security
- coach and develop partners to enhance skills and performance
- maintain compliance with store operating policies and standards
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
