Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality product preparation, cash handling and safety
  • six months of customer interaction experience
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks involving two or more employees
