Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality product service and safety
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months customer interaction experience
- Six months delegating or coordinating tasks experience
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer service roles
- Six months of experience in delegating or coordinating tasks with other employees
- Ability to lead and direct work of others
- Strong oral communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and team-working abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store operations during scheduled shifts
- Ensure quality preparation of beverages and food following standard and customized recipes
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
- Provide coaching and development to partners to enhance their skills
- Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and partners
- Manage scheduling and attendance to meet store policies
