It prides itself on not only serving exceptional coffee but also on its commitment to social responsibility, sustainability, and community engagement. Starbucks invests deeply in the personal and professional growth of its partners. Through a variety of developmental experiences and industry-leading benefits, you will be empowered to advance in your career within a company that values your contributions. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare options for you and your family, paid parental leave, paid vacation, disability coverage, retirement plans, stock programs, and educational opportunities such as full tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University's online program.

Working as a shift supervisor at Starbucks means embracing flexibility, as hours may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Starbucks values punctuality and consistency in attendance, alongside the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires a minimum of six months experience in customer-facing positions and previous experience delegating or coordinating the work of others.

Overall, this role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings, enjoy leading by example, and wish to make a tangible positive impact on their community through quality service and leadership at one of the most iconic coffee brands worldwide.
