Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard/customized recipes including modifications
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of supervisory or task coordination experience
- Knowledge of retail environment and store operations
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
Job Duties
- Lead daily store operations and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service
- Prepare and coach team members on food and beverage preparation according to standard recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of multiple employees to maintain efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies, including cash handling and safety procedures
- Foster a positive team environment focused on collaboration and customer satisfaction
- Monitor store standards of cleanliness and product quality throughout the shift
- Handle customer interactions to enhance experience and resolve issues promptly
