Job Requirements
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- lead team members during shifts to ensure smooth store operations
- maintain high standards of coffee and food quality
- coach and develop employees for optimal performance
- handle cash transactions and ensure store security
- resolve customer complaints and provide excellent service
- delegate tasks effectively to meet operational goals
- monitor inventory and assist in stock management
