Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security
  • Six months of experience in customer service roles
  • At least six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards including preparation of quality beverages and food products
  • Handle cash and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
  • Prepare and coach team members in the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the activities of two or more staff members
  • Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and team members
  • Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and enhance store performance
  • Oversee daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards
