Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Six months of experience in customer service roles
- At least six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards including preparation of quality beverages and food products
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
- Prepare and coach team members in the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the activities of two or more staff members
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and team members
- Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and enhance store performance
- Oversee daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards
