As a Shift Supervisor at Braum's, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the company’s brand strategy by promoting its mission, vision, and core values. This leadership position involves overseeing the shift operations within the restaurant, the grocery market, and the fountain sales sections, ensuring that Braum's high standards for customer satisfaction and food quality are consistently met. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, you will help drive sales by motivating the team, handling operational challenges, and ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed at all times.

This role also involves fostering a positive environment where trust and teamwork flourish to meet unit goals effectively. As Braum’s Shift Supervisor, you will be scheduled for shifts that rotate on a three-week cycle, typically working 45 hours per week, primarily from 2:00 pm until close. The hourly compensation ranges between $15.50 and $16.00, equating to an annual salary of approximately $40,000 to $43,500.
