The company is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join its team, an essential role that supports the overall success of the store. This position is designed for candidates who have at least one year of relevant experience in retail or food service management and are interested in a career that offers both competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. The Shift Supervisor works closely with the Assistant Manager and other leadership personnel to ensure that store operations run smoothly during their assigned shifts. The role is part-time with a rotating schedule that demands a commitment of approximately 45 hours per week, primarily from 2:00 pm to close.
The opportunity comes with an attractive hourly wage ranging from $15.50 to $16.00, which equates to an annual salary between $41,500 and $43,500. Job Duties
- teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
