The position of Shift Supervisor at Braum's is a key management role that plays an essential part in ensuring smooth store operations. The Shift Supervisor will work a rotating schedule with shifts typically from 2:00 pm until store closing, averaging around 45 hours per week. Braum’s offers an hourly wage between $15.50 and $16.00, which equates to an annual salary range of approximately $41,500 to $43,500. Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule with an expected 45 hour work week
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Must pass a criminal background check and job-fit assessment as part of onboarding

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
