The Shift Supervisor role at Braum's is a pivotal management position responsible for leading and motivating the store crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager and works a rotating three-week schedule with an approximate 45-hour workweek, primarily from 2:00 pm to closing. The hourly compensation ranges from $15.50 to $16.00, translating to an annual salary between $40,000 and $42,500. This role requires at least one year of previous experience in a supervisory or related capacity and a strong work ethic centered on integrity and customer focus.
