The Shift Supervisor role at Braum's is a pivotal management position responsible for leading and motivating the store crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager and works a rotating three-week schedule with an approximate 45-hour workweek, primarily from 2:00 pm to closing. Job Requirements

- Minimum one year of related supervisory experience
- Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members

- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
