Shift Supervisors work closely with the management team, reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, and play a crucial role in achieving store goals by fostering a team environment built on trust, integrity, and strong communication. The position operates on a rotating three-week schedule, with work hours typically spanning 45 hours per week during the 2:00 pm to closing shift. Braum's offers an hourly compensation range of $15.50 to $16.00, equivalent to an annual salary range of approximately $39,500 to $42,000, along with an attractive bonus program paid bi-weekly.

This opportunity is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals with at least one year of relevant experience and a willingness to lead by example. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer and employee needs within a retail food environment. Braum's also emphasizes the importance of organized, detail-oriented, and effective communication skills to ensure that store policies and procedures are consistently followed and that operational excellence is maintained.

In addition to career growth and competitive pay, Braum's offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement planning with company match, short-term disability insurance, paid vacations, and exclusive product discounts. Braum's commitment to equal employment opportunity and thorough onboarding processes, including background checks and job-fit assessments, make this a secure and promising career path for those seeking a management position in the food service industry.
