The Shift Supervisor role at Braum's plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of the store during the assigned shift. Working scheduled shifts primarily from 2:00 pm until close, over a rotating three-week schedule averaging 45 hours per week, you’ll report to the Assistant Manager and get involved in hands-on coaching and mentoring of store crew members. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to varying customer and store conditions. Braum’s offers competitive hourly compensation, ranging from $15.50 to $16.00 per hour, amounting to approximately $38,500 to $42,500 annually, along with an excellent bonus program paid bi-weekly.
