Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of supervisory experience in a similar role
- must be at least 21 years old
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings
- ability to follow store policies and safety protocols

- positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members
- maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- oversee shift operations of food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness
- ensure implementation and adherence to store policies and practices
