The Shift Supervisor role at Braum's is a key leadership position responsible for managing the store operations during the assigned shift from 2:00 pm to close. This position offers an hourly wage of $15.50 to $16.00, translating to an annual salary range of approximately $41,000 to $43,000, alongside a lucrative bi-weekly bonus program and excellent benefits. The Shift Supervisor's duties include executing the company's brand strategy while promoting its vision, mission, and values to ensure a great customer experience and maximize sales. This role requires hands-on leadership to coach, teach, and guide store crew members, helping them develop their skills and maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. The supervisor oversees all aspects of shift operations, including food service, grocery market, and fountain sales, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Additionally, the Shift Supervisor actively monitors inventory levels, kitchen equipment, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards, playing a vital role in maintaining the store's overall operational quality. This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager and requires a rotating work schedule of approximately 45 hours per week following a 3-week rotation. Job Requirements
