The position of Shift Supervisor at Braum's plays a critical role in maintaining the company's high standards and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves leading and coaching store crew members, maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and food quality, and overseeing daily operations related to food service, grocery market, and fountain sales. The Shift Supervisor is held accountable for monitoring inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. By actively supporting the execution of Braum's store policies and practices, the Shift Supervisor contributes directly to the achievement of store goals and the overall success of the business.

Working as a Shift Supervisor offers a dynamic and engaging work schedule with shifts running from 2:00 pm to close, typically around 45 hours per week on a rotating three-week schedule. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Shift Supervisor must exemplify leadership qualities that inspire and motivate the team, build trust within the store environment, and adapt to the needs of customers and employees alike. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to follow through with discipline and organization.

Having a previous background in retail, along with at least one year of supervisory experience, is preferred to effectively manage the store crew and operations. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be at least 21 years old. Job Requirements

Job Duties
