Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years experience in a maintenance operations environment
- Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with a shop management system preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills preferred

- Associate's degree preferred or 1-3 years experience in a maintenance operations environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years experience in a maintenance operations environment
- Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with a shop management system preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills preferred
Job Duties
- Manage workflow by planning, scheduling, and assigning work to technicians
- Track and optimize productivity and approve repair orders
- Execute warranty policies and triage unscheduled customer drive-ins
- Manage labor by training, developing, and assessing performance of assigned personnel
- Handle customer relationship management including issue resolution and communication
- Maintain appearance and standards of the shop location
- Evaluate and recommend shop tooling and equipment needs
- Manage vehicle specifications and parts inventory
- Conduct quality inspections and in-process reviews of repairs
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Ensure cleanliness and quality of repairs
- Maintain compliance with safety and EPA regulations
- Control shift/shop financial performance including cost control and budget adherence
- Approve payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and fuel reconciliations
- Manage customer bill back process and maintain data integrity in shop management system
