The Operations Supervisor role at Ryder is a critical position within the maintenance operations team, specifically located in Omaha, NE. This salaried role operates within a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and offers a competitive salary range between $60,000 and $65,000 annually, along with eligibility for an annual bonus and a full benefits package. As an integral part of Ryder’s operations team, the Ops Supervisor assists the Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations and managing personnel for a particular shift at the location.

In this role, the Operations Supervisor is tasked with managing technicians, customer service coordinators, and service employees to ensure the efficient running of the shop. The supervisor strategically balances customer needs with financial, operational, safety, and quality objectives to meet or exceed business goals. Key responsibilities include workflow management, labor management, customer relationship management, asset and quality control, and financial oversight.
