The position available is that of a Shift Supervisor, a pivotal role within Braum's operational structure. This role involves leading and managing store crew members while ensuring smooth shift operations that align with the company's brand strategy and values. The Shift Supervisor plays a critical part in maximizing sales by facilitating excellent customer experiences and maintaining high food quality standards. The shift runs from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, with an hourly wage ranging from $14.50 to $15.00, translating to an annual salary between $35,500 and $37,000. This role requires a dynamic individual who can supervise all aspects of the store's food services, grocery market, and fountain sales.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for coaching and developing staff, monitoring inventory and supplies, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the store, and enforcing company policies consistently. The supervisor works closely with the Assistant Manager to meet unit goals and deliver seamless service during their shift. The position requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to varied store conditions and customer needs. Work schedules are flexible with rotating three-week shifts amounting to approximately 45 hours per week.
