Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have valid driver's license
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and integrity
- Must be able to communicate effectively with leadership team
- Ability to follow practices and procedures
- Willingness to work a rotating 3 week schedule with a 45 hour work week

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members

- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
