The role's core responsibilities include coaching and guiding store crew members to perform at their best, managing store sales with a focus on customer satisfaction and food quality, and overseeing the food service, grocery market, and fountain operations during your shift. You will also be actively involved in inventory management, ensuring supplies and kitchen equipment meet standards, and maintaining safety and cleanliness protocols as required. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor shares the responsibility for enforcing store policies and procedures, ensuring consistent adherence across all operational aspects.
This position demands flexibility in scheduling, as workdays will rotate based on a three-week schedule, averaging about 45 hours per week with shift hours from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm. Support is provided by the Assistant Manager, under whom the Shift Supervisor reports directly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer focus, high work ethic, integrity, and a positive approach to training and developing team members. Building a trustworthy and effective team environment and adapting to the needs of both customers and employees are essential traits for success in this role.

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
