The employment type is a full-time shift-based role working from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, with a rotating schedule over three weeks and an expected 45-hour workweek.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing Braum's brand strategy while promoting the company’s vision, mission, and core values. This leadership role focuses on delivering a great customer experience and maximizing sales through dedication to food quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development. The Shift Supervisor will lead, teach, and coach store crew members to help them succeed and contribute positively to the team.

Job Duties
