The position available is for a Shift Supervisor at Braum's. Working closely with the assistant manager, the Shift Supervisor oversees daily store functions including the food service, grocery market, and fountain sales during their shift. This position is best suited for a positive, energetic individual with at least one year of experience in a supervisory or related role, looking to grow within a respected food service organization.

Shift Supervisors at Braum’s are responsible for coaching and leading the team, maximizing sales through excellent customer service and food quality, and maintaining the store’s operational standards. The role requires active participation in monitoring inventory levels, kitchen equipment, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards. By fostering a work environment built on trust and teamwork, the Shift Supervisor helps to meet unit goals and drive success. The schedule follows a rotating three-week calendar with an expected 45-hour workweek, with shifts from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm.

This position offers hourly compensation between $14.50 and $15.00, which translates to an annual salary ranging from $35,500 to $37,000.
