The position available is for a Shift Supervisor at Braum's. Working closely with the assistant manager, the Shift Supervisor oversees daily store functions including the food service, grocery market, and fountain sales during their shift. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- At least one year of related supervisory or management experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to adapt to changing store environments and customer needs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to follow store policies, procedures and safety guidelines
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule including early mornings and weekends

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
