The Shift Supervisor position at Braum's is a vital role that calls for a positive and energetic individual who aspires to grow professionally in a rewarding career. This role offers an hourly compensation rate between $14.50 and $15.00, equating to an annual salary range of approximately $35,500 to $37,000. The typical work schedule includes shifts from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, and employees can expect a rotating 3-week schedule averaging 45 work hours per week. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, the Shift Supervisor plays a crucial leadership role in the daily operations of the store.

In this role, the Shift Supervisor executes Braum's brand strategy and upholds the company’s vision, mission, and values to ensure outstanding customer experiences and maximize sales. They lead by example, teaching and coaching store crew members to deliver top-notch service and product quality. This position is responsible for overseeing all shift operations, including the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. Attention to inventory management, kitchen equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and store cleanliness is essential, ensuring that all policies and practices are consistently implemented and followed.

Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
