This job opportunity is for the position of Shift Supervisor within Braum's dynamic food service operation. This is a full-time role with scheduled shifts from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, encompassing an average 45-hour work week organized on a rotating three-week schedule. The hourly compensation ranges from $14.50 to $15.00, with an annual salary between $35,500 and $37,000. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial leadership role by executing the company's brand strategy and upholding its vision, mission, and values, all of which are designed to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales revenue.
Your leadership responsibilities will include teaching, coaching, and providing guidance to the store crew members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. You will oversee the operation and staff during your shift, ensuring the smooth functioning of all food service areas including the kitchen, grocery market, and fountain sales. Monitoring inventory levels, supply management, and equipment maintenance will be essential to your role, as will ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met or exceeded.
In addition, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing Braum's policies and procedures within the store to maintain the company’s standards and compliance. Success in this role requires a high degree of customer focus, strong work ethics, and an ability to build a trustful and collaborative team atmosphere. Effective communication with both front-line employees and leadership is vital, as is the capability to adapt to varying store conditions and customer needs. The Shift Supervisor will report directly to the Assistant Manager and contribute significantly to team performance and the overall success of the Braum's location.

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members

- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
