Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including early mornings
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and job-fit assessment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee shift operations of food service, grocery market and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness
- Ensure implementation and adherence to store policies and practices
- Engage with team members to build trust and foster a positive work environment
- Communicate effectively with leadership team to follow up and achieve goals
