The role of Shift Supervisor at Braum's is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity designed for energetic, positive individuals who are ready to take the next step in their food service or retail management career. Shift hours typically run from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, allowing for a balance of early morning and daytime shifts. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, the Shift Supervisor functions as a critical link between store leadership and the crew, driving sales performance through maximized customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.
In this role, leaders will take on responsibilities such as coaching, teaching, and developing store staff, closely monitoring inventory and supply levels, and overseeing safety, cleanliness, and kitchen equipment maintenance. They are expected to build an environment of trust within the team, adapting quickly to customer and employee needs while maintaining a positive, organized approach to all facets of store operations. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and a disciplined approach to follow-up and execution.
