The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $14.50 to $15.00, translating to an annual salary between $35,500 and $37,000 based on a 45-hour workweek staffed on a rotating three-week schedule. Shift hours typically run from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, allowing for a balance of early morning and daytime shifts. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, the Shift Supervisor functions as a critical link between store leadership and the crew, driving sales performance through maximized customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.

In this role, leaders will take on responsibilities such as coaching, teaching, and developing store staff, closely monitoring inventory and supply levels, and overseeing safety, cleanliness, and kitchen equipment maintenance. They are expected to build an environment of trust within the team, adapting quickly to customer and employee needs while maintaining a positive, organized approach to all facets of store operations. This role requires at least one year of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
